Description We created this wood floor to reproduce the process of hand sawing that was the traditional method of cutting planks for hundreds of years. Traditionally floorboards were laid with a sawn finish and hand planed once installed. Our Handsawn Oak shows the residual saw marks across the width of the board that would have still been visible even after these floors had been hand planed. Available in either natural oiled or a fumed and oiled finish.
